Comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep, but the overall experience was heavily overshadowed by poor room maintenance. The presence of dead bugs and a musty odor in the room was unsettling. Additionally, our peace was disrupted by a fire alarm test that was neither communicated prior nor went on for far too long, creating unnecessary panic. The lack of attentive service during check-in further detracted from the stay.
